Staff are always happy to help, smiling and well skilled. The outside pool is heated and great, same goes with jacuzzi. The food is also tasty and the buffet that often accompanies the a’la carte menu is of outstanding quality and diversity (e.g oysters). The sauna area is large and provide for multiple relaxation lounges etc. The hotel provides daily tranportation to / from the glacier which is a nice feature when you choose to ski (november - may). It is overall an outstanding property at the ultra-lux level which comes at a relatively high price tag but it is definately worth it!

There is a wide range of spa procedures. Most importantly the owner / manager greeted us while we dined aiming to ensure we were having good time and were satisfied with the service and food. This was nice little gesture which is not always seen elsewhere.

They asked us if everything was ok after a few days -lovely location for people who wish to ski, walk or just chill - An amazing place, we could not fault it in any way - it was perfect
